What are your payment terms and what happens if I want to cancel?

• Full payment is due immediately at the acceptance of the booking. Dates will not be blocked off until the payment is collected.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

  • Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking.

When is Check-In and Check-Out?

• Check-in is after 3:00 PM.

• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the cleaning schedule. We'll offer it if available.

What's your maximum occupancy?

• Maximum of 8 overnight guests unless approved before arrival.

• Daytime guests are allowed but must follow all house rules.

Are the neighbors friendly?

• Now they are! The home to the left is a part time home. The owners of the home on the right live there full time. We have good relationships with both sets of neighbors.

What's your Smoking Policy?

• No Smoking on the Premises.
  

When are Quiet Hours?

• Outdoor quiet(er) hours are:

  11:00 PM – 6:00 AM on weeknights

  12:00 AM – 8:00 AM on weekend nights and holidays

• The inside of the house is pretty soundproof.

Are Pets allowed and do you charge for them?

• No Pets are allowed for this rental property.

Where can we park and how many cars can fit?

• The carport accommodates 2 vehicles.

How does Property Damage work?

• Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay.

• Please be honest and report anything so we can fix it before the next guest arrives.

• We don’t charge for minor accidents or normal wear.

• Costs for excessive, negligent or unreported damages may be charged to the guest’s payment method on file.

What are your Check Out Instructions?

• Put games and toys back where you found them

• Don't leave food crusted on dishes

• Empty and dispose of used food items in the fridge

• If you’d like to help us get a head start on turnover, we’d really appreciate it if you could strip the beds and start a load of laundry with the used towels before you head out. No pressure at all—our cleaning team will take care of everything if you don’t have time.

• Make sure you have all of your belongings. Prepaid labels and packaging must be provided for return items
